Spray cannon according to ATEX – for state-of-art cleaning of product storage tanks
The mobile, automated inside tank cleaning process using the innovative spray cannon is suitable for tanks with a maximum diameter of 40 m.Suitable cleaning media are water, Diesel oil or mineral oil.

The system consists of a container with a pump and hydraulic room, a room for storing the cannon and the hose reel during transport as well as a control and operating room.
The spray cannon unit comprises the cleaning nozzle, a video camera and a spotlight. It is mounted outside the tank at a cleaning aperture (manhole). It can be swivelled both horizontally and vertically through 180°, ensuring 100% cleaning.
The complete cleaning operation is controlled from a control room. It can be documented by storing it on a DVD using the recorder which is part of the standard package.
