Descaling boxes
The service of SCHÄFER & URBACH includes planning, deign, production, assembly and implenting of water-hydraulic systems. Specially designed descaling cabins for individual projects are part of it. Shaped parts ind different desgins, e. g. forged ingots, are descaled successfully in smallest space.To remove this scale layer water is sprayed with high pressure onto the metal surface while the material runs through a specially constructed descaling cabin. The curved surface as well as both frontends are descaled. In order to avoid hydraulic shocks, high-pressure lines are provided with low pressure water to remove the air prior to descaling. The system monitoring is electric via mamometric switches.
